Quick Tuna Pasta

This makes for a terrific lunch ready as soon as the pasta is cooked. This dish is low fat and low fodmap and will keep you feeling full and satisfied.


  • 100g dried gluten free pasta spirals
  • ½ Lebanese cucumber
  • ½ red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 95g tuna dried and flaked
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • Cook pasta until just tender. Run under cold water to stop cooking process.
  • Cut cucumber into quarters length ways and thinly slice. Cut tomato into slices.
  • Combine all ingredients and serve.
