No Bake Snack Balls

These delicious no bake snack balls are ready in minutes and taste delicious. They make for a great snack especially when craving something sweet.


  • 2 cups gluten free cornflakes
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup gluten free plain crushed biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds or crushed walnuts
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 tablespoon water


  1. Roughly crush the cornflakes - with a rolling pin or a plastic bag
  2. Make sure margarine is at room temp. Place the cornflakes, sugar, nuts and seeds, margarine and water in a food processor and process until mixture starts forming larger crumbs
  3. Using hands press together 14 snack sized balls.
  4. Store in air tight container in the fridge
