No Bake Peanut Bars

Ingredients
- ½ cup caster sugar
- ½ cup rice syrup
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 3 cups Freedom Foods Rice Puffs
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
Method
- Line a 30cm x 20cm pan with non-stick baking paper.
- Place the sugar and rice syrup in a small saucepan and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Add the peanut butter whilst stirring until smooth.
- In a large bowl, add the rice bubbles and stir in the sugar mixture. Press the mixture into the lined pan.
- Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until melted.
- Transfer the chocolate to a plastic bag, snip the corner and pipe over the slice. Cover with plastic and fridge for 1 hour or until set.
