Banana Ginger Cookies

These simple yet delicious cookies are a crowd pleaser and a terrific option for anyone feeling a bit nausea as ginger is renowned for helping ease nausea or an upset stomach.


  • 3 bananas
  • 1 ½ cups [200g] ground oats or ground quinoa flakes for gluten free
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • Pinch of salt


  • Mix all the dry cookie ingredients.
  • Mash the bananas with a fork and mix into dry ingredients.
  • Place a spoonful of mixture onto a baking tray and bake at 180 for 12 to 15 minutes
