Banana Ginger Cookies

Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 1 ½ cups [200g] ground oats or ground quinoa flakes for gluten free
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Mix all the dry cookie ingredients.
- Mash the bananas with a fork and mix into dry ingredients.
- Place a spoonful of mixture onto a baking tray and bake at 180 for 12 to 15 minutes
