Taco Seasoning

Use this taco seasoning to make authentic tacos. Many taco shells are gluten free and by using low fodmap salad items such as lettuce, tomato, cucumber and carrot you have a delicious low fodmap, healthy meal.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp cornflour [gluten free]
¼ tsp salt

Method

Mix all ingredients and store in a snap lock bag
Enough for 500-750g minced meat
