Simple Chicken Sausages

These super easy, low fodmap, low fat sausages make for a super quick meal teamed with a side salad or serving of vegetables. Great for a low fat option to a usual high fat food.


  • 500g turkey or chicken mince
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup packet gluten free breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, season with salt an pepper and shape into sausages. Cook in oil spray or one teaspoon of oil over medium heat, for 10 minutes, turning to cook evenly.

Serves 4
