Carb Free Chicken Noodles

This super healthy, low fat, low carb and low fodmap dish is very quick and simple to make. Double the noodles if wanted for an even larger meal without the extra carbs or calories


  • Massel 7’s Chicken Stock cubes, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 200g cooked chicken or use prawns, tofu or beef
  • 1 pkt Slendier Noodles or Zucchini or Carrot Noodles
  • 1 small carrot, finely chopped
  • Half red capsicum, finely diced
  • Handful green beans
  • Gluten free soy sauce


If using the Slendier noodles, rinse and run under cold water and set aside.
In a frypan, cook the carrot and capsicum in the garlic oil. Add the crumbled stock cubes, tablespoon of water, chicken and beans and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until beans cooked.
Add the noodles and cook until warmed through.
Season with Tamari and salt and pepper
Use 200g of cooked chicken instead of the prawns. Add extra noodles if desired
