No Bake Snack Balls
Recipes > No Bake SnacksThese delicious no bake snack balls are ready in minutes and taste delicious. They make for a great snack especially when craving something sweet.
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten free cornflakes
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup gluten free plain crushed biscuits
- 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds or crushed walnuts
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- 1 tablespoon water
Method
- Roughly crush the cornflakes - with a rolling pin or a plastic bag
- Make sure margarine is at room temp. Place the cornflakes, sugar, nuts and seeds, margarine and water in a food processor and process until mixture starts forming larger crumbs
- Using hands press together 14 snack sized balls.
- Store in air tight container in the fridge
