No Bake Peanut Snacks

These no bake snacks are very easy and quick to make and make for a super nice snack especially when craving something sweet


  • 1 cup rolled oats [or quinoa flakes for gluten free] or 1 cup low fodmap muesli
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cacoa [optional]
  • 2 tablespoons rice syrup


Add all ingredients in a food processer and process until well combined. Add more oats/muesli if the mix is too wet or some more syrup or a splash of water if the mix is too dry.

Shape the balls to create 12 balls and store in fridge for up to 1 week.
