Vanilla Risotto
Recipes > DessertsI literally just made this dessert last night. It was absolutely delicious served hot with a scoop of lactose free ice-cream. This risotto is gluten free, low fodmap and low fat and takes just minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 900 g lactose free milk
- 160g Arborio rice
- 60g sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Method
- Place milk and rice into a saucepan and cook until rice softens. This will take approximately half an hour. Add the sugar and vanilla and leave for 10 minutes to cool and thicken
