Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of sugar
- Juice and zest of 4 large lemons
- 2 egg whites
Method
- Combine water and sugar over heat until sugar dissolves and then chill.
- When chilled, combine with remaining ingredients in blender until well mixed.
- Freeze in an ice-cream maker otherwise freeze in a biscuit tin, stirring with a fork every hour or so.
