Bread and Butter Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons low fat margarine
- 5 slices thickly sliced GF bread
- 2 ½ cups low fat lactose free milk or rice milk
- 2 tablespoons GF egg custard mix
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Butter the bread well and cut each slice into fours. Layer into a greased,
oven-proof dish
3. Mix the milk and custard powder until all the powder dissolves. Pour over
the bread.
4. Allow at least ½ hour for the bread to soak up the liquid.
5. Bake in oven until the top is golden brown.
Allow to cool and enjoy
