Sweet Rice Breakfast

This Low Fodmap, Low Fat, Super easy and super quick breakfast is a healthy way to start your day.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked rice
  • ¼ cup lactose free milk
  • 1 tablespoon linseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon crushed walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon rice syrup or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except the cinnamon in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warmed through. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
