No Bake Peanut Snacks

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats [or quinoa flakes for gluten free] or 1 cup low fodmap muesli
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cacoa [optional]
- 2 tablespoons rice syrup
Method
Add all ingredients in a food processer and process until well combined. Add more oats/muesli if the mix is too wet or some more syrup or a splash of water if the mix is too dry.
Shape the balls to create 12 balls and store in fridge for up to 1 week.
