Jam Drop Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups White Wings GF plain flour
- ¼ cup caster sugar
- 150g low fat margarine
- 1 large egg
- Low fodmap strawberry (I use IXL Spread Strawberry Jam)
Method
Heat oven to 170°C or 150°C for fan forced.
1. Mix everything together with an electric mixer.
2. Using either a tablespoon or teaspoon for measurement of cookies, place balls of dough onto greased baking tray and flatten slightly.
3. Poke a hole in the centre of each biscuit and fill with jam then cook.
4. Cook for around 10 minutes. Makes 28 biscuits.
Variation: Add ¼ cup of choc bits
