Sausage Rolls

Ingredients
- Gluten free pastry sheets [original recipe calls for 8 sheets filo pastry]
- ½ cup gluten free breadcrumbs
- 200g lean beef mince
- 100g sausage mince
- 1 small carrot finely diced
- ½ teaspoon mixed herbs
- pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a small bowl and leave for 2 minutes. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients except filo pastry, use hands to mix ingredients together well.
- Layer all sheets of pastry on top of each other spraying with cooking spray between each layer. Cut in half. Divide sausage mix in half and roll one half into a long sausage shape.
- Tightly roll and repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
