Sweet Salad Dressing
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons maple syrup
- Fine grain sea salt to taste
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients until emulsified. Season with salt to taste
Simple Mustardy Dressing
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Mix salt, vinegar and chives and let sit for a few minutes to infuse flavour.
Add mustard and olive oil and whisk to blend
Asian Sesame Soy Dressing
- 1/3 cup peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons wheat free tamari [soy sauce]
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- ¼ cup green part spring onion
- Ground pepper
Place all ingredients in small glass jar with lid and shake to mix.
French Dressing
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp mustard
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
To make the salad dressing place the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
Italian Dressing
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon oregano leaves
Salt and Pepper
