Chicken Oat Loaf
Recipes > Quick MealsThis is our family favourite. I make this dish once a week. Use quinoa flakes instead of oats to make this dish gluten free. It is low fodmap, low fat, super healthy and super, super easy to make. I make two batches. One served hot with vegetables for dinner and one for lunch the next day served cold.
Ingredients
- 500g minced chicken breast
- 1 cup quinoa flakes
- ¼ cup lactose free skim milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup chopped allowed vegetables [or one cup of grated zucchini]
Method
- Combine all ingredients and press into a tin.
- Bake at 180°C for around 45 – 50 minutes
