Vegetable Savoury Squares

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups gluten free plain flour
- 3 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 medium zucchini grated
- 1 medium carrot grated
- 1 cup low fat cheese grated
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 4 large eggs
Method
- Pre heat oven to 180°C
- Grease a large slice tin and line with baking paper
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into tin and smooth the surface until about 3cm deep
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden
- Remove from oven and leave in tin to cool. Cut into squares
