Instant Strawberry Ice-cream

This is my go to dish when I haven't prepared dessert but family members ask for some. As I always keep frozen fruit in the freezer I have substituted the strawberries for blueberries or for bananas and all varieties are irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries or blueberries or raspberries
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup Lactose Free Yoghurt

Method

Process all ingredients in the food processor.
Serve in chilled dishes and eat immediately.
