Breakfast Pancakes
Recipes > BreakfastsThese low Fodmap, Low Fat, super quick and super easy pancakes make for a delicious breakfast served with rice syrup or maple syrup. They also make for a delicious dessert topped with a scoop of lactose free ice-cream and a drizzle of rice syrup.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup gluten free plain flour
- 300 ml of lactose free yoghurt.
Method
- Mix all together in a large bowl and cook in frypan for 2 minutes each side.
